Body By VI Shake Review : Day 18 My Scale HAS to be broke!

OK so I'm pretty sure my scale is broke. Let me sprinkle some story telling dust *****************

So Saturday I weighed and I was up 4 pounds. 0.o

Yes that's what my face did! I didn't do anything different, eat anything different ... NOTHING! So I weighed in this morning, and I've gain 2 more pounds. WHAT IN THE HAM AND CHEESE SANDWHICHS!!!!!!

Went over my calorie in take and I'm doing what I should do. Plus my pants are a little saggin' so I think my scale is broke. So I decided before I pay ANOTHER $45, I am going to test this little bugger and see if it really is working like it should. Now I have seen family member lost big but they are WAY bigger than me.

So I convince my Hunny that I will have 3 shakes a day, yes I know I'm sad too, and 3 bigger snacks. All equalling up to 1200 calories. I already work out, but I"m going to kick it up just a notch. I honestly think 10 pounds is all this shake is going to do for me. Xoxoxox Grumpy!

  1. You might just be gaining muscle. I have better luck if I measure my inches lost and stay off the scale :)

    1. The scale is the DEVIL! I need to lock it up somewhere. LOL. I think I am going to start measuring myself like you stated. At least that's something I know I can't do everyday. =]

    3. I was having small side salads but my mom went to Sams and bought some pub mix that I've been eating. I only eat the pretzels and these other little things in there. I have about two handfuls and I'll snack throughout my work shift on those. It helps with drinking all this water as well. I'm not sure of the calories but I haven't gained weight while eating this. If I do start to feel myself get really hungry I'll just eat some of my lunch and store the rest for later. My shakes are full of fruits so I try to stay away from snacking on those. Hope that helps!

Who started this cooking for your man is something that only wives do and not girlfriends? Do ya'll smoke crack? I'm convenience you early-mid 20 somethings smoke crack. I've seen a meme rolling around social media where the man says he wants to see his girl like this (she's cooking in underwear ... which leads to a whole 'notha story. I'm a ME kind of Mommy

I am a me type of Mommy. I pumped, breastfeed and formula feed my child. I pumped enough to store for future and my husband would feed him formula bottles when I was tapped out sleep. I am a vaccine mom. I say a little prayer before my son gets his shots each time and I watch him like a hawk afterwards. TO ME it is worth it. I am a cry it out mom. Yeah it sucks sometimes but it's worked out in MY favor. He gives me a smooth hour playing in his play pen with no interruptions to do whatever it is I need to do around the house.  I am a cosleep and baby bed mom. Sometimes I just don't feel like getting out of my bed for night feedings so he sleeps in bed with us. Other nights I need some "adult time" and I kick his little ass out. LOL. I am a "his first pair of real shoes are white hard bottoms". I am a when the doctor says he can start eating food he ate everything! Fruits and veggies first and later meats.  I am a google mom.
