Body By VI Shake Review : Day 11

So I'm back! I'm on Day 11, which is technically day 16, but my mix didn't get here until Friday. Let me just say I'm over this one day shipping crap! I think the post office hates me too. Any who, Good news! I'm down 6 pounds. * Does happy dance * I am trying to drop 4 more before Friday. I will have to watch it on Thursday. I love BBQ and all those lovely sides and sauces.
I see a lot of running in my near future.

OK I'm back ... had a moment. So this weekend I had a Caramel Shake, Berry Blast, Oreo and Caramel. This morning I had a Cranberry Crush and I made a Strawberry Caramel one. (Recipes Below)

So I'm going to try to keep this short, but you guys now how that goes! So the Caramel shakes where SUPER SWEET! Like, I drank so much water after them it was crazy! It is sugar free and the recipe stated 2 table spoon, but unless you want to go into a suga' coma ( yeah I made that up) only add 1. It wasn't to thick, so add more ice and less milk.

The Berry Blast will never be made again! I have to learn how to tweak it. I can't be the only person who loves blueberry cobbler but hates the little seeds! Well this shake has all those seeds getting in your teeth, making your throat feel weird. Yup I'm over this one and it wasn't good.

The Oreo Caramel was weird good. It wasn't thick, so less milk next time, but the oreo's made it foamy. It was super sweet and I will have those on the weekends only. I think the sugar free caramel and the Almond Milk makes it sweeter than before.

The Cranberry Crush! This is sooooooo TART! I love it! I am not a big drinker ( i lied) but I have been missing  my weekend cup of wine. For some reason this gave me a little wine taste. Probably because of the no sugar added Cranberry juice. IDK but the hunny hates it ( he doesn't drink ) and I love it!!!

So I am over strawberries at the moment. Every strawberry supplier could fall off the face of the earth and I would be ok. So I added caramel to my strawberry shake. Yeah, you'll can have that.

So over all this weekend was all about trying new things! I have a Smore recipe and I am going to try a blend of fruits again tomorrow!! Be sure to check back!!!

Caramel Shake : 8 oz of Almond Milk, 2 scoops of shake mix, 2 tsp of sugar free caramel ( i suggest you only add one tsp ) 5 ice cubes

Berry Blast :  8 oz of Almond Milk, 2 scoops of shake mix, 1/c cup of mixed berries ( Wal-mart frozen section ) 5 ice cubes. ( Less seedie berries the better )

Oreo Caramel :  8 oz of Almond Milk, 2 scoops of shake mix, 2 real oreos, 1 tps of Sugar free caramel, 4 ice cubes. ( used about 5 oz and if you want it thinner add more)

Cranberry Crush :  8 oz of No Sugar Added Cranberry Juice, 2 scoops of shake mix, 4 strawberries, 5 ice cubes

Strawberry Caramel :  8 oz of Almond Milk, 2 scoops of shake mix, 4 strawberries, 1 tsp of Sugar Free Caramel.

TSP = I mean table spoon. Yep I'm don't feel like going back up to change it. Sue Me :)

  1. Visalis Vanilla, 8oz. of milk and banana slices, strawberries or both. I mix with a handheld electric mixer. I then add several ice cubes and mix again until ice cubes are ground up and mixture is slushy. Delicious!

Who started this cooking for your man is something that only wives do and not girlfriends? Do ya'll smoke crack? I'm convenience you early-mid 20 somethings smoke crack. I've seen a meme rolling around social media where the man says he wants to see his girl like this (she's cooking in underwear ... which leads to a whole 'notha story. Like I hope she not frying NATHAN!! Because baby bout to get burnt up trying to be cute.) and the girl replies "this is wife level package, you can upgrade your girlfriend package by buying a ring. I'm a ME kind of Mommy

I am a me type of Mommy. I pumped, breastfeed and formula feed my child. I pumped enough to store for future and my husband would feed him formula bottles when I was tapped out sleep. I am a vaccine mom. I say a little prayer before my son gets his shots each time and I watch him like a hawk afterwards. TO ME it is worth it. I am a cry it out mom. Yeah it sucks sometimes but it's worked out in MY favor. He gives me a smooth hour playing in his play pen with no interruptions to do whatever it is I need to do around the house.  I am a cosleep and baby bed mom. Sometimes I just don't feel like getting out of my bed for night feedings so he sleeps in bed with us. Other nights I need some "adult time" and I kick his little ass out. LOL. I am a "his first pair of real shoes are white hard bottoms". I am a when the doctor says he can start eating food he ate everything! Fruits and veggies first and later meats.  I am a google mom. I will google the shit out
