At first I was just so down because I didn't lost the total five BUT I am happy with the lost. I mean 4 pounds in a week seems good to me! I work out every day for 30 minutes, mostly jogging, and eat a full dinner. So if you are reading this thinking this is going to be a quick fix, you can move right on along. Now I am upset that my new package isn't here yet, after they stated it would only take a day! I should've just went with the same people I ordered from the first time. So I am watching my calories and making regular smoothies without the shake mix. Today I had a breakfast biscuit, which I ate the inside of, and I'll have a lettuce wrap from Jimmy Johns for lunch.
